A professional electric pizza oven, in addition to its basic purpose, is excellent for baking rolls, cakes, breads and flatbreads. The lower part of the oven is lined with a fireclay plate and the movable handle enables its simple and easy use. It is produced in three different dimensions and can have one or two floors. The oven is equipped with internal lighting and provides complete visual control of baking through the heat-resistant glass on the door. There are two thermostats for regulating the upper and lower heaters and a temperature indicator inside the oven.
